LANSING, Mich. — Sen. Michael D. MacDonald announced that he will be conducting an in-person coffee hour outdoors at Waldenburg Park in Macomb Township on Friday, Oct. 16.
“My goal is to provide the hardworking people of Macomb County the best constituent service possible — even during the pandemic,” said MacDonald, R-Macomb Township. “This outdoor coffee hour will allow my staff and me to continue to hear directly from the people in a safe and open environment. To ensure everyone is protected, please wear a face mask.”
The coffee hour will take place on Friday, Oct. 16 from 10 to 11 a.m. in the pavilion at Waldenburg Park in Macomb Township, located at 19225 21 Mile Road, on the north side of the street and east of Romeo Plank Road.
Coffee hours are open to residents to express their opinions or concerns about state government or to request assistance with a state issue. No appointment is necessary.
Seating may be limited, so it is recommended that residents bring a folding chair.
Residents who are unable to attend the coffee hour may contact MacDonald’s office toll-free at 1-866-303-0110 or via email at [email protected]. The 10th District includes the city of Sterling Heights, Macomb Township and most of Clinton Township.
